Jessica H. Fullmer, Founder and CEO
Jessica Fullmer founded and grew the Sustainable Business Institute,
a globally recognized institution, where she managed hundreds
of people.
She has also consulted for several hundred organizations in
the private sector, government, and education (including
teaching at colleges and universities). The last being the
merger for Lockheed Martin and their first commercial
strategic planning off-site, that led to closing a
multimillion dollar client.
As a Western Field Coordinator, Jessica Fullmer managed 250
sales agents, 12 branch managers at a pharmaceutical/cosmetic
firm.
Her
organization had top sales, internationally, 10 years
consecutively. Jessica Fullmer was one of 5 people to be
advisor to Chairman of the Board for product development and
strategy.
She has served as a Board Member on 14 Boards: the last being
the West Coast Quality Forum (SEMATECH) responsible for
supply chain development.
Jessica was mentored and trained by Dr Edward Deming
and his proteges.
Dr. Paul Germeraad, Executive Vice President,
C.O.O.
Dr. Germeraad has served as President of Intellectual
Assets, Inc., a professional services company focused on
ensuring clients create and obtain maximum value from their
intellectual property. Paul was previously Chief Operating
Officer for Aurigin Systems, Inc. where he focused on the
commercialization of the company's intellectual asset
management software for the Competitive Intelligence,
Licensing and R&D communities. Prior to joining Aurigin in
1998, Paul served as Vice President, Corporate Research for
Avery Dennison where he directed its Corporate Research
Center. Before joining Avery Dennison, Paul held a variety of
R&D and management positions at Raychem Corporation, and
was director of James River Corporation's Flexible Packaging
Technical Center. Paul is a graduate of the University of
California, San Diego, with a B.A. in Chemistry. In addition,
Paul holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of
California, Irvine and an LL.B degree from La Salle University
in Chicago. Paul is Past Chairman of the Board of the
Industrial Research Institute, an organization of
approximately 300 Chief Technology Officers whose
organizations account for over 70% of all U.S. industrial
R&D spending. Paul is also a member of the Board of
Trustees and an instructor for the Licensing Executives
Society (U.S.A. & Canada), a professional society
comprised of over 5,000 members who are involved in the
transfer, use, development, manufacture and marketing of
intellectual property.
John Douglas, Vice President of Technology
Development
John Douglas has over thirty years experience in computer
programming, systems engineering, and technical management.
Since 1976, Mr. Douglas has specialized in the field of video
teleconferencing and image compression. He is listed as
inventor on eight or more patents, has patents pending in the
image compression field, and has been a principal founder,
officer, and board member of several Silicon Valley companies.
Mr. Douglas holds a BS in Mathematics and an MS in Applied
Mathematics.
Advisory Board
The Company has formed an advisory board consisting of some
of the most distinguished people in the field of audio and
video compression technology. The members of the Advisory
Board are:
Dr. Kenneth Chu, Dr. Chu was the
Department Manager for audio compression in Apple Computer's
Advanced Technology and Interactive Media Groups during the
development of Apple's iPOD audio player. Dr. Chu holds 32
patents principally in the field of compression. Dr. Chu is
currently an independent consultant, following a long career
as a manager/researcher in industry, including terms with
PortalPLayer, Tandem Computer, Apple, and Information Storage
Subsystems.. Dr. Chu received his PhD from Stanford
University.
Dr. Clifford Reader, was the Co-Founder of
the MPEG-4 standard and first Chairman of the International
MPEG-4 Committee. He was formerly United States Head of
Delegation to MPEG. Dr. Reader is an internationally acclaimed
Video coding expert. He reviewed all worldwide patents for
applicability to the MPEG standards, and is today one of the
leading expert witnesses in image compression legal cases. Dr.
Reader is currently an independent expert after a long career
in industry, including terms at Ford Aerospace, Samsung, and
Cypress Semiconductor. Dr. reader received his PhD from The
University of Sussex, England. |
